The only thing that could tell you all that is historical factory records during the assembly process. That is if they tied in such things as paint colors and number of rear windows etc with the serial or production number.
A title is just that, it is where the state issuing it takes the original factory statement of origin that proves total ownership, then destroys it and issues their title.
