For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 20 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 20 | I put disc brakes from CPP for my 1952 GMC. also decided to upgrade Master cylinder to dual resevoir. Looked like a semi-easy job....Bolted the adapter plate to the frame and the the MC to the adaptor plate. Pedal doesn't line up.....just doesn't look right. On the pic. that CPP gives me the frame rail is straight at the point where the MC bolts on. MINE has a permanent piece that sort of angles out from the frame. The bolt holes line up but that's ALL that does. Trying to get CPP's tech line is like Santa on Christmas Eve. Anyone had any experience withis upgrade?? | | |
