Bondo...
Somewhere in the past 60 years an owner decided bondo would solve all rust problems. Inner to Outer cowl, kick panels, toe boards etc, all covered in bondo.
Needless to say I had molds of what the sheet metal looked 30 years ago and pieces of rusted metal on my garage floor.
I finally got all of the rusted pieces cut out last weekend, pick up the sheet metal tomorrow, and start putting everything back together.
