This might be a stupid question, but my electrical knowledge is fairly limited.
My truck was converted to a 12v system before I bought it, and I was wondering if there is an easy way to tell if they put in a alternator or generator?
Looks like an alternator to me, but my young eyes have not seen a generator in a car.
