Well I went to start my truck for the first since I've owned it, going over everything before that iniatial excitement of hearing your baby run for the first time.
No such luck, the starter would barely turn the engine over. Before you ask, I have checked everthing...
. battery is good
.engine turns over freely by hand
.thought starter must be binding...bushing gone etc.
.took start off, connected charger, pushed down peddal....starter turns fast and freely.
While the starter is turning over freely with the charger, you can grab the gear with your hand and make it come to a complete stop. I'm amazed that it even had enough balls to turn the engine some what.
Any ideas ????
