Actually at 6 foot 10, I doubt you'll find a cab of any year, that's going to be comfortable, so that being said, if you like it, & want it, buy it. You'll figure it out. I know a guy that's 6 foot 6, & weighs 375 pounds, & he owns a '49 Chevy COE. His size didn't prevent him from buying the truck of his dreams.
