Maybe Peter52 will jump in here, he's had a lot of experience
with the inner/outer parts that you are working on.
Several years ago Jim Carter was having the parts made locally
and they needed to be reforms before they would fit properly.
That's about all I know about it since I haven't had to go thru
the exercise myself.
