Start by cleaning it with a mild soap and water. If it looks like enough paint is there, clean it up with a wax like Turtle Wax Car Wax. Start with a small area in the corner, scrub it a little with the Turtle Wax, wipe clean and see how it looks. If you really want it to pop, follow that up with a high quality wax. Right now I'm using some 3M stuff that is really nice. It's making some 20 year old dragster body panels look real nice.
