| | | | Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 13 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2012 Posts: 13 | I'm a new owner of a 54 3100. From the casting number it appears that the motor was swapped and I have a 62 235. After browsing the stovebolt pages for the past three months and I decided to tackle my first project, changing the rear main seal. After dropping the oil pan I was looking in the bottom to see if any sludge had built up and I found this metal clip, see pic?
