I wish I would have known this yesterday, holy crap, I just did this!
This was in the ceiling of my cab:

I should've been as soon as I saw the home insulation the PO used to insulate the cab. Luckily there wasn't that much, and it came out very easy.
Scary. I'm glad you're past it now.
