| | | | Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 1,586 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 1,586 | I have a 80 Blazer or 1/2 ton 4x4 axle in a 51 truck, but its probably too wide for an earlier truck by maybe 2 inches.The 57 Chevy car axle in my 37 fits real nice but its 5 lug.Don't be afraid to look at axles from other makes.You may want to measure a dreaded Toyota 6 lug axle, although they look a little narrow to me. | | | |
