yes, that's what the pulse generator is for - it comes from Dolphin, so I'd expect it to work with their speedo, but you might inquire about compatibility with the particular trans .... and yes, I understand the computer thing, I have to deal with that on my bus, using a 2000 4L80E and will have to go with an electronic speedo
