I beleive I might have jumped the gun a bit, as I didn't realize you needed a conversion joint. The joint I listed is a stock replacement. I did go back in with the dimensions you listed, though, and came up with 2 choices from Spicer, both in the 1330 series U joint. One is a 5-7438X, the other is a 5-1204X.
