After I posted, I found that they are available from several of our suppliers,
Classic Parts , Danchuk, Tuckers, etc. But the prices were a little high and the shipping was way off base. I couldn't find them at my FLAPS.
I cleaned up the current one and it looks serviceable. I think I'll use it for a while and try to find one at a swap meet where I won't have to pay shipping.
