I am looking for suggestions on how best to remove the massive double row bearing that my 1-1/2 ton truck has on the outer end of the pinion. The manual suggests using a press plate like this:
Pinion bearing removal plate I've looked high and low for one of these...
Anyone know of a source, or an alternative that won't wreck my pinion during the removal??
