The Kansas statute is the same "....shall emit a red light plainly visible from a distance of one thousand (1,000) feet....". It's rarely enforced around here. I had a blue dot on my old Harley and never got stopped for it in all the states I rode it in. Save a life, adopt a senior shelter pet. The three main causes of blindness: Cataracts, Politics, Religion. Name your dog Naked so you can walk Naked in the park.
