#92116 06/14/2005 1:16 PM | Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 62 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 62 | I bought a new battery from Antique Auto Batteries and followed the instructions for setting it up - added the proper amount of electrolyte. I had it on a 10 amp charger all night (the charger read that it was putting out 5 amps). When I checked it with my volt meter this morning it only read 0.5 volts which rapidly discharged as I looked at the meter.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong? | | |
