I have a set of the snap-on bits as well and like them. Their customer service dept. was helpful when our local rep. retired and no one replced him for about 6 months. They drop shipped me a new 1/2" breaker bar when the pin in my old one cracked with no problem. Didn't want the old one returned either. Our new guy is o.k., like others have said you have to meet him, but he is fairly easy to reach and willing as he likes the prospect of paying customers in his truck with this economy being what it is.
