| | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 5,337 | Joe, 235 balancers do not have an outer ring like small block Chevs and others that can be damaged while assembly. The rubber is behind a plate that is held in place with 6 rivets.
The risk is damaging the thrust bearing only.
