Stuart- I haven't seen the on that Jim Carter has, but Mighty Wiper makes one that will work but at $120 for the motor, wiper arm and blade it was a bit too much for me. What I did is to buy a wiper motor and arm from JcWhitney about 20 bucks if I remember right. The motor will fit inside the header panel but you will have to fabricate or buy a blank cover for it. The original one with the recess will hit the motor. Then you drill a hole in it for a switch (you can get one that looks similar to the original wiper pull knobs) leave the switch on the motor in the on position and wire up the new pull switch and your good to go.

I haven't installed mine yet but I have checked that it will fit and will work fine.
