Just to clarify, the running boards are a matched set. Both sides have the hump in the corner where the boards attach to the rear fenders. If you mean other trucks without the "wide running board option", you are correct they do not have the humps. This image is of the other side of the '47 truck before green paint. It's a poor scan, but you can see the hump on this side as well.
