Thanks to Tony at 4-5-6 Chevy Trucks for recommending Peel & Seal that you can buy at Lowes. That stuff went on great, was easy to cut with a utility knife, and I can't smell any asphalt smell. For $16 I got a 6" x 33' roll of the stuff. Sure seems like it will stay stuck.
Now I just got to finish putting the doors together and on the truck.
