I've had good experience with Richardsons' Radiator on 196 St in Langley ( Near Willowbrook ). I took my rad from the '40 in there for refurbishment. They flushed, pressure tested, and repainted for about $ 50. as I recall. They do a lot of heavy truck stuff there as well - seem like good guys.
