Its difficult to know what for sure would work best. Either paint or gooy rust perservative spray, like eastwood sells.
All the hidden areas need something to prevent rust through.
The cowling vent areas and like mentioned the doors especially, I say best to try to paint with something like zero rust first, and if that doesn't seem to do the trick then a kit for rust prevention.
