There isn't any special "ranch" model I'm aware of, there isn't a listing for it any of the spec guides. If it has diamond plate in the bed, it was added aftermarket, the factory bed floor would be wood, though it isn't uncommon to see these old trucks with a sheetmetal peice covering the wood floor. I'm inclined to beleive the bumper is most likely aftermarket as well.
