looking for the best way to run my fuel lines from fuel pump to carb. The easy pathway looks to be from fuel pump up the front of the block behind the alternator across the top of the intake and into the carb. I have a 1977 chevy stepside with a 350. will running the fuel lines that close to the block and the intake cause heat issues for the fuel lines? maybe vapor lock? whats the vote on metal vs rubber fuel lines. I have a 350 with edelbrock proformer intake and edelbrock 4bbl 650 carb, any suggestions on a good fuel filter? Paul
