I was wondering if it had a 409, that was my uneducated guess, the engine is long gone.
No power tower, the chain seen beside the transmission was from a jack shaft driven by a PTO on the main transmission.

Looked through my Spicer manuals last night and found I have both the service and parts manuals for the 6041, if I knew that before I had forgotten about them.
