Ok, an update on the 261. I raised the radiator on the run stand, reset the float fired it. Played with the dist. using a vacuum gauge and now it seems to run very well. I ran it a couple times today about 1/2 hr each best guess on the rpms ranging from 1800 to 2500. so far so good.
