Before you get much further, post a parts wanted ad in the Swap Meet (you have to register, but it's free). It is probably best posted under "other" as your dash is younger than Stovebolts. You may find others who can pass these components along.
Also, keep an eye on ebay, as dash components come up every now and again.
Although I no longer own the S-10 pick-up with the bad dash, I have done better than the delaer price of $400 on some similar items.
