not sure any paint would stand up to the handling the knobs get, and it'd be picky to re-paint the "C" and "T" on the cable knobs .... clean them with dish soap - if that's not good enough you might try some wax meant for plastic .... or find better ones if they're bleached out from long exposure, or buy repros
