Not a factory option. The dash was either equipped with an ash tray in the space above the radio or the A/C diffuser, on the factory-equipped A/C trucks. It sounds like the area has been infilled with a panel and new holes drilled, to accomodate the aftermarket gauges. Take a look at it from the back, to be sure.
If not, you have the only one in existence, therefore it must be priceless.
