Hy 03marauderman, the stock one ton front hub would have an adapter on it to place a reversed dual type wheel in the proper place. So you're probably correct when you say someone swapped front hubs to mount single type wheels on the front of your truck. So you're looking for a set of one ton front hubs, I believe you should be able to swap your bearings and brake drums over to them once you have the hubs.
