The reason I ask is, I'm not sure if its governed or not. The 38 specification manual says the 1.5 ton is governed. I bought the truck from a friend who wasn't driven it in 8 years. The RPM and speed info comes from him. Upon closer inspection, I see it has a Tilltson carb also.
