Strictly for added safety, I am considering adding a 3rd brake light to my '48 Chevy 1/2 ton p.u.'s 6V electrical system. I really do not want to take away from the stock look of the truck. I envision using an l.e.d. strip and am looking for any recommendations on pursuing this project. Has anyone done this with their truck? Thoughts on the following:
1) placement of light
2) wiring run
3) vendor
4) price
Photos of one installed on a A.D. truck would be appreciated.
