I wish that were true...on a 1970, I am destined to use the original wheels w/outer ring. There is Hub Centric, & Lug Centric, there's the depth of the hub, the outer/inner wheel lip, then the inner diameter so that the wheel clears the brake drum. Then there's the size of the lug hole, & is it flat or tapered.... Getting quite an education...which brings me back to my original question....Is there a one piece rim that replaces a two piece or split rim?... As a side bar, there is another whole issue going from a 750x16 bias belted to a radial tire....I am told its not recommended to use radials on two piece wheels, something about the bead.....and on & on....
