Hopefully someone out there will have the answers on a problem I am having. I installed a new wiring harness, coil, and resistor block on my 56 3100 w/235. Each time I turn on the key, the resistor block overheats to the point of smoking. The green and brown wires that go to the block do not get hot--only the block. Any ideas? :confused:
