I dont get it... I fried the generator, sent it out for rebuilding but the armature was toast. I bought a new one (armature), re-installed, ran the truck for an hour and fried the generator AGAIN! I instructed the mechanic to replace the Voltage Regulator, just in case. Upon inspection, it appears the VR is a positive ground unit... The truck is negative ground, always has been, and ran great for 3 years. Any insight on what could be happening here?
