Precision Rebuilders near St. Louis handles them for many truck repair shops. They have gotten expensive in recent years, I'm sure because of liability issues. We expect to pay anywhere from $350 - $600 per rebuild, depending on the unit. I've never asked, but I assume there's a warranty of some sort included.
