Thanks everyone. I wasn't joking when I said that a lot of the credit goes to this site. I cannot begin to count how many times I worked through a problem by getting information from you guys.
Modelman...the streets in my neighborhood are not typically that wide, we got lucky. And btw I know that it is frowned upon to put a v-8 in the GMC, but I work with what I had around the house...haha.
