Banner day today for a new Stovebolter!
I found an original Colorado 1950 3100 Chevy truck on Wednesday, and bought it on Thanksgiving.
Today she got a new battery, fluids, and spark plugs.
Though she did not want to start up after a 3+ year hibernation, after some work, threats and cajoling she finally did!
She was a farm truck for many years in Aspen, where she also pulled gliders, but made it down to Boulder and then Denver.
Originally Windsor blue, she's now yellow and was called "Old Yeller." I would like to bring her back to Windsor blue...
She's worthy of a full driving restoration. I'm just so thrilled to have brought her back to life today! Dickson
