#89806 09/17/2002 8:25 AM | Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 72 Member | | Member Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 72 | :)howziit guys! most ballast resistors i had seen were mounted on the firewall...close to the coil. they look like a ceramic insulator, shaped something like a miniature cinder block. if you follow the coil's 12v wire, it will lead you directly to it. certainly not trying to pull your chain...just trying to help.
