Well I figured it out. I haven't had much time to work on the truck lately because of work, but finally I got to it. I was going to try one last thing before calling Tom and it did the trick.
My vacuum advance went bad. I don't understand how it was just fine before the carb swap and some how during or after it went bad. With out it advancing the timing the truck would not move. My replacement came this past week, I installed it today and what a world of difference.
I didn't think the advance was that important. I knew it was for fuel economy and what not, but I didn't think it made the difference between being able to drive and not being able. Anyone else experience this?
