That site shows the conversion on a later model Suburban. Some of the details will be different on your 52. I think that the clutch will be different from the 3 speed setup. My clutch on my 1 Ton is the larger 10 3/4" clutch.
There is no special tunnel on the 52. I think that the cab should fit fine. The transmission cover will be different.
