Getting the dash brace out of an AD #894185 11/03/2012 5:03 PM

mapleleaf 'Bolter M Joined: Sep 2002 Posts: 467 NS	My steering column to firewall brace needs to be replaced but I'm having a heck of a time getting the old one out..everything unbolted ok but I can't maneuver it out. Anyone have any tips? Were these put in before the dash was welded in?
