Another option for the inners would be to use 26877/26820 or 26877/26824 inner and have your spindle machined down. You could leave a lip for the seal. Timken 472446 should do the trick. Of course there's always the outer bearing issue.
There's always options when it comes to bearings, it just matters if you want the headache and expense of a machining your spindles. Personally, I would stick with a stock type bearing like the MBS rolers or an OEM Ball. If you ever chunk one and need a new spindle. Maybe it's time for the machine shop then.
