For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 39 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 39 | I put a new wire harness and head/park/dome/instrument light switch in my 1951 3100. The park lamps do not light when the headlights are on. Are they supposed to lightas running lights do in modern day cars? They work fine when I put the switch a few clicks in, and the new blinkers I put in work fine also. The blinkers will work when the headlights are on, I just can't get all 3(head/park/blinker) to work at the same time. Are they supposed to, or were parking lamps back in the day designed to just light on their own? | | |
