Tim beat me to the answer. Here's a little more info ...

'51 is pretty much the same as 54.

The pull knob on the left side of the dash for an Air Flow heater connects to the Recirculation door on the heater in '54. The pull knob connects to the defroster door in '51.

The fan switch is on the left of the Air Flow "Pull to Recirculate" knob in '54, vs on the right of the pull knob in 51.

Buy a '54 Accessories Installation Manual for any other changes, although, the location of the fan switch is wrong in the '54 Manual.
