Mine are in about the same condition, but I haven't done anything about it yet. My truck sets about an inch lower on the drivers side front as compared to the pass side. I don't know about it being "hoppy" because I've never driven another truck like this. It does have pretty bad bumpsteer when you hit a bump at hwy speeds.
