I thought the 5 windows were an option on their own, and deluxe was a trim package.
In 1947, RPO-387 was the Rear-Corner Windows (only) option, and RPO-390 was the De Luxe Cab and Equipment Option which included the rear-corner windows.
Which year are you referring to? As posted above, there were differences, depending on the year.
