yes, overloads were an option, although it looks like yours has had some leafs added - my 58 3200 has the overloads, but I'd have to look again to see the number in each pack .... if you check the load capacity chart in the shop manual, the extra springs increased the 1/2T GVW from 4000 to 5000, and would usually have come with 16" wheels
